Located in a vibrant neighborhood in Ede, characterized by numerous colleges and education-related activities, this wooden tower aims to become a central meeting place and source of inspiration for students and future residents alike. The project provides space for people to come together, exchange ideas, and collaborate, fostering an atmosphere of growth and development. The tower’s design has been carefully thought out, taking into account the maximum building volume. By adjusting parts of the design to the surrounding streets, important views, and shadows, the tower strives to harmonize with the urban environment while still standing out as a striking and recognizable landmark.

The base of the tower will consist of two floors, designed as a vibrant hub for education-related activities. Here, study areas, an auditorium, a cafeteria, and spaces for start-ups will be found. This space will serve not only as a place for learning and knowledge sharing but also as an incubator for innovation, fostering the development of students and entrepreneurs.

The middle section of the tower, comprising three floors, will be reserved for social housing, aiming to create a diverse and inclusive community. Here, people from different backgrounds and living conditions will come together and coexist, creating a rich fabric of relationships and interactions.

The remaining eight floors of the tower will be dedicated to residential units, targeting both the middle and upper segments of the housing market. These modern and comfortable apartments offer breathtaking views of the city and the green surroundings. All necessary amenities are within reach, creating a high-quality living environment for a diverse range of residents.
